I'm looking to stat out Kano, from Mortal Kombat. I've tried twice already, first with an android knife-throwing fighter and again as a weapon master monk. Both attempts were utter failures as they don't really make me think of the leader of the Black Dragons, nor were they terribly powerful (in fact, I don't believe they could have pulled their weight in appropriate encounters).
Please help me. How would you stat out the infamous crimelord, Kano?
