If someone took 4 levels as a Hospitaler (Paladin Archetype) and 2 levels as a cleric, would their channel do 2d6 or would each class have their own pool of channels/day?
They would be considered Channeled Energy from different classes, thus each class would have it's own 'pool' of channeled energy from which to draw from.

As Daniel said, this would give you two pools of Channel energy so you will have a lot of uses per day but each will be weaker, this does give you a total healing of 2+charisma of lay on hands (2D6), Paladin Channel 3+Charisma (1D6), and then a cleric Channel 3+Charisma (1D6). So if you have a 14 charisma you can heal a total of 18D6 each day without spells (a pure cleric of this level could only heal 3+charisma for 3D6 each)
