If the owner had enchanted his Arcane Bond and then dies and is revived. Has he forever lost all the enchantments he put into that item? (And thus the material cost of doing so)

I don't think there are any rules covering this really. I would treat it as if he had handed the item off to someone: While not in his possession, it doesn't have any power, but the moment he gets it back, it works as usual.
