PFS Azata-Blooded Aasimar Bard - Glitterdust and Heavenly Radiance?

In Pathfinder Society organized play, how do I calculate the Save DC for the glitterdust spell-like ability of a muse-touched aasimar? Is the formula 10 + 2 (spell level) + charisma modifier? The character is bard, in case that matters.

Is the Heavenly Radiance feat only available to an aasimar with the daylight spell-like ability? Or can an azata-blooded aasimar apply the feat to its glitterdust spell-like ability?

Please indicate where I can find the answers within any of the accepted resources.

Spell-Like Abilities. The DC is the same as the spell being emulated, which would be 10 + 2 + Cha mod as you said for Glitterdust. If you ever get a SLA that's not based on a spell, then you go 10 + 1/2 lvl + casting stat mod.

Unfortunately you don't qualify for Heavenly Radiance. It says you need Daylight as an SLA and you don't have it. It's as simple as that.
