I would rule no. Nothing mythic should be attainable through non-mythic spells, or any non-mythic means that don't explicitly state they grant something mythic.
I would even rule that simulacrum doesn't just make a copy of anything you might know of... you would actually need the creature to copy it. And even when you have the creature: mythic isn't copied.
Mythic is supposed to be special... standard non-mythic rules written before mythic(and probably after) probably won't work as advertised when interacting with. The system is evolving, but changing everything affected by new stuff would take up more than half of a new rulebook, and we would get less new stuff. Let the boards discuss rules interactions, and let tables play the game.
@RD: You don't buy the argument because a legacy spell written long ago should apply verbatim to everything written forever thereafter.
I don't allow players to make balor simulacra en masse, as soon as they can cast the spell.
