So I am playing a Sor Oracle.
I have the Fey blood line +2 compulsion Dc
would that apply to a command spell cast from my Oracle spell list

I think per RAW yes... but thought i would verify. And if yes, or no, what book clarifies that one.

Sorcerer bloodline apply to all spells casted by the character, if applicable. I've never seen one that didn't.

The answer is yes. Abilities apply to your entire character unless noted otherwise.
