I've heard a decent interpretation the day before, what do you think?
Is it possible to let a Monkey Belt do Crane Wing. with both hands accupied?

Once per round while using Crane Style, when you have at least one hand free and are either fighting defensively or using the total defense action, you can deflect one melee weapon attack that would normally hit you. You expend no action to deflect the attack, but you must be aware of it and not flat-footed. An attack so deflected deals no damage to you.Emphasis, Mine.
As a swift action the wearer can command the belt to animate, transforming it into a prehensile tail under the wearer’s control. The tail does not grant the wearer any additional attacks or actions per round, nor can it wield weapons, but it can make unarmed attacks and hold or manipulate objects about as well as the wearer’s normal limbs (though any activity requiring fingers is beyond the tail’s capabilities).Emphasis, Mine.
Crane Wing requires one hand to be free. Monkey belt provides you with a prehensile tail. They are different appendages, therefore this does not work by RAW.
If a DM wanted to house-rule it, he/she could do so, but as this is the Rules Forum, that is beyond the scope of the conversation.

With both hands occupied you could make all your attacks unarmed via the tail.
So in this specific corner case, although it gives you no extra attacks, it specifies working for unarmed attacks, not natural weapons like a tail normally would, and I would say yes. Since it can replace unarmed attacks instead of being listed as a natural weapon.
