Order 2696793 and September's subscription

On Order 2696793, I received the campaign setting Demon's Revisited instead of the player's companion, Demon Hunter's handbook.

I need to know if I can get the handbook shipped with my September order, and I need to know what I should do with Demon's Revisited.

Also, for my September subscription, the My Subscriptions is showing that the character add-on for the card game will be shipped, but I already got that as part of my subscription in August.

The add on deck is a display issue which will hopefully be resolved within a week or so.
