Not my sessions... :( (Rather urgent)

Two sessions have been on my account for a long time and they are not my sessions. I've been trying to get this cleared up, by talking to my local VL, sending in emails and once again bugging my VL.
However nothing's fixed it.

There are still two games that I didn't play, with characters I don't have on my account. It's become a problem now because they played one of the games I GMed and now I can't get the credit I earned because of a technical glitch.

On the character's sessions page, you can dispute credit for a game. This will generate an email that will be forwarded to your VC to adjust. VL's do not have the authority to fix this, but VC's do.
