Regarding order 2693354
Looks like our email system sent the wrong email shipping confirmation. Instead of "Paizo Order #2693354 is about to ship from the Paizo warehouse" it should have read "expected to ship by August 23rd." We finished packaging the last of these types of orders on Friday evening and so your package should be in the carrier's hands at this point. I apologize for the confusion regarding delivery times. If everything goes smoothly through the mail system, you should be seeing your package in about 4-8 business days.
Regarding Order 2711366
The pre-printed label for the order was generated on August 13th when we charged your card and granted PDFs.
If you look at your email confirmation, you should see "A package containing 1 item from Paizo Order #2711366 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, August 23 via Standard Postal Delivery..."
At this point, all the pre-printed label orders like yours have been shipped and are in our carrier's system. Tracking will then hopefully kick in by Wednesday or Thursday of this week. However, Mail Innovations (which is our standard mail shipper), does have a higher-than-usual frequency for missing scans of packages and the package will still be on its way even without tracking.
I apologize that your August subscription is taking longer than usual and we do plan to review our process to see if we can do better next year.
