Order still pending

My order's been pending for a week now. Does that mean it hasn't taken the money from my credit card yet? Any idea when it will send? My order number is #2725067

I know, I've been watching my order for 4 blocks of dice and some card sleeves sitting stagnant for 10 days.

WTF!?

Does it really take 8 to 16 days to fulfill an order that small?

Usually if an item says it takes 8-16 days to ship it's because it's not in the immediate warehouse and they have to get it in from the distributor. It just takes time.

Yeah but both my orders say it only will take 2-6 business days.

There was an incredibly large subscription shipment this month and they are still working to get items out to subscribers. That is also causing delays with other orders as well.

If your order is pending then they wont have charged your card yet (although there may have been a temporary hold for a day or two). They charge your card around the time they pack the order and send it to the postal service.

Mine too has been stuck in pending. What's the deal Paizo peeps?

EDIT: A further checks shows this: Second August Street date has been delayed to August 28th for the Adventure Card Game.

That would explain things I guess...

Your order has not yet been shipped. Our warehouse is working on shipping things as quickly as possible however, they are running slow due to the new August releases also shipping at this time. Your card has not been charged. You may have seen an authorization on your account which may have expired at this time. You can read more about authorizations here: FAQ.

One or more of you items is being brought in from our distributor. You can read more about this here: FAQ: Product Ship From Warehouse Estimates. Additionally, business days do not include weekends. Today is the 6th business day.

That would explain things I guess...

Your order had been suspended and was released from suspension on the 19th. Our warehouse is working hard to ship all orders and your order should hopefully be shipping soon.
