I placed an order last Monday for a Pathfinder Combat Pad, and I'm eagerly waiting to use it, but it appears as though the product has not even shipped out yet. My card still has not been charged for the item, even though the item said it would take 2-6 business days to ship. Was there a problem with my card perhaps?

There's been a huge backlog with shipping this last fortnight - they had lots of new items, lots of very large orders, some product arrived a little later than they expected all of which meant they got kind of snowed under. Unfortunately, even the simple orders got caught up in the deluge. The most recent CS posts suggest they're likely to be caught up by Tuesday.

Having said that I dont work for them - there may well be a problem with your card as well! :p

Typically they'll send an automated email if there's some issue with the credit card processing.

Your order is in our shipping queue and everything looks good with it. As Steve mentioned, we do have a longer than usual shipping time right now because our new August releases have overwhelmed our warehouse.

Your order should be shipping Soon™. Likely today, possibly tomorrow, maaaaybe Wednesday depending on how smoothly or not smoothly things go for the warehouse.
