Feat Qualification + Item Buff Question

The feat Channeled Revival requires 6D6 channel energy dice to be taken. If I use a Phylactery of Positive Channeling to increase my dice to 6D6 earlier, can I qualify for the feat, or do I have to wait until my dice naturally reach 6D6 before I can take the feat?

(I assume the answer to this question is yes, because items that increase ability scores allow people to qualify for feats, unless that is wrong also.)

I can't think of any specific rule or Paizo quote that covers this, so my assumption is the same as yours in that it works exactly like qualifying for feats based on wearing a magic item that boots an ability score.

Ability boosting items counts as permanent bonuses after 24 hours... Until then its a temp bonus, and can't be used ad a prerequisite... Don't remember if other items say that, but in my group I would allow it, however if the item is somehow lost, the feat can't he used...
