So, when wizards and clerics have a spell on their spell list(such as cure light wounds), that means they can use a wand of that spell automatically.
Does that extend to alchemist? Can an alchemist use a wand that is a spell from his formula known list without having to make a Use Magic Device check?

Wands are spell trigger items, so they can use them without a roll as long as they know the corresponding formulae.
