Why does a natural lycanthrop have the special attack Curse of Lycanthropy but an afflicted lycanthrop doesn't have the special attack? I thought all lycanthrops had the ability to inflict Curse of Lycanthropy.
They do. All Lycanthropes have the ability. What makes you think otherwise?
