I'd say that since he is related to one of the noble families (and because of the recent unpleasantness) the judges from Magnimar request that he be delivered to the city to stand trial there....
... up to you if Ironbriar lets him live to see a trial, or just dispassionately judges him guilty and orders him hung.

There's at least one account on this sub-forum where Tsuto is tried before Justice Ironbriar, with the prosecutor being a very beautiful woman named Xanesha.... }:) Ah, here it is.

It happened to me and I had Ironbriar turn the trial on the PC's somewhat, as it was more or less their word against Tsuto (they didn't bring anyone else from Sandpoint)
It led the PCs to suspect Ironbriar sooner and made the Sawmill section much easier to plug in.
Ironbriar as a father is a bit to soap opera for me. YMMV.

Hey, people remember my old posts! Yeah, I have some ideas to help make this work as well as possible. For instance, I made the defense lawyer slimy and underhanded, attempting to turn everything on the PCs and defaming adventurers as murdering tomb-robbers. He dug up info about Nualia's backstory to try to play up sympathy for Nualia as well (thus using backstory details that are often lost in play). The PCs thus bonded with Xanesha over defeating him, and they fed her all of their abilities so she could create a transcript of events. When a later character asked them "Why did you give her all that information?" they responded "She gave us free pastries!"
