Ok, so this was my first and only character I've ever made. It was intended as a intimdate build but then lost interest in that idea by 3rd lvl but I'm already locked into it so :/ Atm this sheet is allowing for one feat to be added so I'm looking for a recommendation and also for advice for future feats/rage powers.

Will check into your character more later (I'm heading out the door), but first, I want to point out the Antipaladin and the Swordlord prestige class.
And I think there's a magic weapon ability that's really awesome with fear builds. Maybe cruelty? I don't remember.
I don't know your character, though. But I'll look at him in a bit, and try and dig up more useful info.

If you are still interested, drop the greataxe in favor of the much superior greatsword. Start the Beast Totem progression of rage powers ASAP so you can get pounce by level 10 with Greater Beast Totem, also as far as feats go take raging vitality so you dont drop rage when unconcious(it also gives an additional +2 to Con while raging)

I built a fear build barbarian, there's a couple ways to go. Sidenote, you're a 5th level human barbarian, you should have 4 feats, yet I count Power Attack, Racial Heritage, Intimidating Prowess, Weapon Focus and you say you have a free slot.
As I was saying. Cornugon Smash is the way to go here. It's from the Cheliax book.
Secondly, weapon focus is going to be pretty handy actually. What you need next is Dazzling Display. Yes, it's usually not a great way to spend your actions, but it might come up sometime. What it is a prerequisite for, however, is Shatter defenses! When you hit a creature under any fear effect, they become flat-footed to you! Hitting made easier.
Two more things, most fear builds suggest using the feat: enforcer (usually combined with the Sarenrae trait blade of mercy or the bludgeoner feat. Hell for our purposes a sap might work...might) and a 1 level dip into the thug rogue archetype. Here's how it works: you deal nonlethal damage, you succeed at your intimidate check. Presuming you do more than 4 damage (and you're a barbarian!) they are now frightened and must flee on their next round. Pretty crazy right?
Finally, there is a +1 weapon property, Cruel, that says when you hit a shaken creature, they also get sickened as well. Eat that -4 to attacks! Man you're almost the debuffer a witch is, and you're still a barbarian! (But on a serious note, you NEED your weapon to be +2 Furious courageous. Progression: +1 then furious then +2 then courageous.)
EDIT: You should have more rounds of rage. A barbarian starts with 4 rounds+con modifier. That +2 per level with 4 addition levels puts you at 14. ALSO, a barbarian NEEDS Raging Vitality from the APG. It's so you don't die if you fall unconscious. You also have the stats for Half-Plate way wrong, and half-plate is heavy armor, which turns most barbarian abilities off.
