Questions about creating new animated objects with craft construct.

1) can you exceed the 50% hd increase limit of other constructs with these rules?

2) can you add additional construct points beyond what is given for the standard animated object's size.

3) can you make and intelligent item an animated object or the other way around?

4) could you make a "Legendary Item" as per the mythic universal path ability from one.

This is one for your GM to clear up since creating new monsters (which is basically what is happening here) is up to the GM.

But from the above rules 1 and 2 seem likely.

3 and 4 I would not allow as a GM, unless it is a strong story telling/plot device. (and for 4 only in a mythic game).
