Cost of Daredevil + Boots of Speed Combined Together

I'm having trouble figuring out the cost of these two boots when they're made together?

Boots of Speed are 12,000
Daredevil are 1,400

Take the cost of the most expensive enchantment and add to it 150% the cost of each additional enchantment.

So in this case 12000 + (1400 * 1.5) = 14100.
