My party and I cleared out both heads of the works, saved the beast, and rescued his creator. While it started out as a joke, when we all hit level 7 at the end of the module, our paladin took the leadership feat and it suddenly became feasible to have his followers work in the shop, turning it into a legitimate business. Of course my 7 levels in 'legitimate businessman with a sneak attack' fully encouraged the venture, agreeing to help him set everything up.
Our DM wants to allow this so we can make some money to afford several magic items we want, but doesn't want to flood our wallets, making everything within our reach. Anyone run into this before and have a good method for determining cash flow?
-Cheers!
