Is the NPC Skilled Worker an Expert? If so (6+int skills), how many professions would be reasonably covered by one skilled worker? What is the bonus the skilled worker give his/her professions/skills? Does the skilled worker come equipped with normal or masterwork tools in their profession? What type of stats would be reasonable for a skilled worker to have if someone wanted to flush out their workers a bit more?
