Hi all, could someone clarify the difference, if any, between the 2 covers of the Field Guide?
-cover with fighter against dragon
-cover with 3 PC's trying to get through a seal
Where did you find the second cover?
Just plain google search leads to BarnesNoble, Target, eBay.
Is one an update of the other?
One is probably the mock cover that they used when the book was announced.
This. They put up a mock cover before the art comes in for the real thing. Most retailers don't bother changing the picture from the preliminary placeholder. (I'm surprised Amazon has the final cover this time; they're usually one of the offenders.)
There are no actual copies with a cover like the one at Barnes & Noble. All copies of the Field Guide will have the dragon cover.
