Background:
My group is getting back together after a long hiatus to start a regular Pathfinder “campaign”. My friend and I are taking turns GMing one session adventures so I will be in the hot seat every other session. Also, we are now a party of three. We will be starting at level 5 and while I don’t know the makeup of the party yet – all characters will be optimized.

I’ve heard many great things about Carnival of Tears and I want to run it for our group. It’s the kind of crazy horror themed adventure my group loves! However, I havn’t bought it yet because I have some reservations.
1) can Carnival of Tears be completed in a single 4-5 hour session?
2) I know this adventure is deadly. What advice do you have for running it for 3 PCs?
