Do Greater Feint and Two-Weapon Feint work together? RAW, I think the answer is yes.
You are skilled at making foes overreact to your attacks.
Prerequisites: Combat Expertise, Improved Feint, base attack bonus +6, Int 13.
Benefit: Whenever you use feint to cause an opponent to lose his Dexterity bonus, he loses that bonus until the beginning of your next turn, in addition to losing his Dexterity bonus against your next attack.
Normal: A creature you feint loses its Dexterity bonus against your next attack.
You use one weapon to distract your enemy while slipping another past his defenses.
Prerequisite: Dex 15, Int 13, Combat Expertise, Two-Weapon Fighting.
Benefit: While using Two-Weapon Fighting to make melee attacks, you can forgo your first primary-hand melee attack to make a Bluff check to feint an opponent.
So Two-Weapon Feint lets you make a feint as part of a full-round attack. Greater Feint makes opponents lose their dex until the start of your next round. Note, despite having Improved Feint as a pre-req, Greater Feint does not say that the feint must be performed as a move action.
If these feats work together, then I can just take Greater Feint, and I won't need Improved Two-Weapon Feint.

You don't need them to work together at all. ALL you need is Two-Weapon Feint and Improved Two-Weapon Feint. You don't need Improved Feint and you don't need Greater Feint.
The way you are doing it should also work, but it takes three feats instead of two. The benefit to your way is that there might be times when you are not using Two-Weapon Fighting, say, if you are using a large backup weapon, or maybe the enemy has such incredibly high AC that you decide you cannot afford to take the -2 penalties on your attacks. In those cases, someone doing it your way could still use Greater Feint while someone who does it my way cannot. Of course, the downside to doing it your way is that it requires one extra feat. You decide if the trade-off is worth it.

It also depends on how you interpret Greater Feint. From what I can tell, the majority opinion is that it denies the target their dex bonus against all attackers until the start of your next round, because if it's only against you, it has very little benefit when combined with a improved Feint. Under that interpretation, it has a clear benefit over Improved Two-Weapon Feint, as it becomes a major debuff that benefits the whole party, while still allowing you the same effect as Improved Two-Weapon Feint. That would make it worth taking both Improved Feint and Two-Weapon Feint to me.
EDIT - I should add, I was building the character as you suggested, but realized what I describe above the other day. The character is about to hit 9th, when I would normally take Improved Two-Weapon Feint. With retraining now available, I'm considering retraining a situational feat (Shadow Strike) to take Improved Feint so I can choose Greater Feint at 9th.
