I'm making a Tengu Vivisectionist+Beastmorph Alchemist and I have run into quite a few questions along the way.
First of all, I'm taking the claws alt racial trait for the Tengu. I have STR 17 - does this mean that my combat routine as claw-claw-bite results in +3 to hit and D3+3 damage for each of the three attacks (so no halving of the strength bonus to damage on any of them and no negative modifiers to hit on any of them)?
Second, what happens if I cast Enlanrge Person on myself? Tengu, though medium sized, have atypical damage for their natural attacks (D3 for both bite and claw). Does Enlarge Person upgrade the dice to D4 or do I go by the Natural Attacks table giving D8 bite and D6 claws?

On second level, I plan to take the Feral Mutagen Discovery which gives me (while the Mutagen is in effect) D8 bite and D6 claws - how does Enlarge Person affect these?
Finally, as a Beastmorph, on third level, I will get the a single Alter Self effect from the Mutagen for free. One possibility is a size bonus of +2 to Strength or a size bonus of +2 to Dexterity. How does Enlarge Person affect these?
At sixth level, I get two choices from the Beast Shape I to add as bonuses for the Mutagen use. Among these are "Small animal: If the form you take is that of a Small animal, you gain a +2 size bonus to your Dexterity and a +1 natural armor bonus." and "Medium animal: If the form you take is that of a Medium animal, you gain a +2 size bonus to your Strength and a +2 natural armor bonus."
Since I'm not actually changing shape (if I understood correctly, I just gain beastly traits), can I choose either (or even both?)? And how do they work with the Alter Self and Enlarge Person?
Whew. That's quite a bit. I'm pretty much a complete Pathfinder beginner (this is my second char and my previous one died level 2), so some of that stuff might be entirely obvious - sorry about that.

1) bite +3 (d3+3), 2 claws +3 (d3+3)
2) Enlarge person: bite +3 (d4+4), 2 claws +3 (d4+4)
3) Feral mutagen (Str) + enlarge person: bite +5 (2d6+6), 2 claws +5 (d8+6)
4) Beastmorph at lvl 3 simply does not do what you think it does. At lvl3 you can get one of: darkvision 60 feet, low-light vision, scent, or swim 30 feet. This does not include the size bonus.
5) Beastmorph at lvl 6 again, you can only choose two from: climb 30 feet, fly 30 feet (average maneuverability), swim 30 feet, darkvision 60 feet, low-light vision, and scent. Again this does not include the size and natural armor bonuses. I believe this replaces the "alter self" version from level 3, so you would only get 2 off this list, not 2 off this list and another 1 off the alter self list. Though as written it looks like you could.
Quick Tip for Enlarge person: The end result of enlarge person is increased reach, increased weapon dice damage, +1 damage on attacks and -2 AC (and +1 CMD).

Brilliant! Thank you so much - that clears it up perfectly.
One more question: does the Beastmorph ability count as a Polymorph effect? In other words, can I be Enlarged while Beastmorphing?
It is emulating a Transmutation(Polymorph) spell, so I believe you would be considered polymorphed into an animal and would therefore be unable to be enlarged via enlarge person. That's assuming I understand the way polymorph spells work, though. So take that with a grain of salt.
