If you are an Oracle4/Barbarian2/Rage Prophet6, Do you gain Telekinesis as a spell known and is it 5th level?
According to Savage Seer, Rage Prophet levels stack with Oracle levels to determine the effects of your curse, and a 10th level Haunted Oracle gains Telekinesis as a spell known at 10th level.
Quotes here.
Savage Seer: A rage prophet's class level stacks with barbarian levels for determining the effect of rage powers, and with oracle levels for determining the effect of oracle revelations and his oracle's curse. This does not grant additional abilities.
Haunted: Malevolent spirits follow you wherever you go, causing minor mishaps and strange occurrences (such as unexpected breezes, small objects moving on their own, and faint noises). Retrieving any stored item from your gear requires a standard action, unless it would normally take longer. Any item you drop lands 10 feet away from you in a random direction. Add mage hand and ghost sound to your list of spells known. At 5th level, add levitate and minor image to your list of spells known. At 10th level, add telekinesis to your list of spells known. At 15th level, add reverse gravity to your list of spells known.
EDIT:I realize that there are no 5th level spells per day for a caster that can't cast 5th level spells, but I have a High enough Charisma to get a bounus spell.

You sure do!
The problem is, as an effective 8th level oracle your spell slots are as follows: 6/6/5/3. So while you know the spell, you don't have access to 5th level spell slots yet even if you have a high enough Charisma and thus, can't cast it. If you take 3 more levels of rage prophet, or 2 oracle, or 1 oracle/1 rage prophet, you'll be able to take advantage of having the spell with your slots. Until then, it's only good for things like spell trigger items and creating magic items.

you only get bonus spell slots when you have spell slots to add them to, i.e. at least 'zero', not '-' (nothing).
In addition to having a high ability score, a spellcaster must be of a high enough class level to be able to cast spells of a given spell level.
When Table: Ranger indicates that the ranger gets 0 spells per day of a given spell level, he gains only the bonus spells he would be entitled to based on his Wisdom score for that spell level. [this wording only applies to classes with 'zero' spells/day on their progression, i.e. ranger/paladin]
the telekinesis spell known would be as a 5th level oracle spell known, as that is the highest spell level you can cast at the time and there isn't any lower spell level given for the spell. so you may gain it as a spell known without being able to cast it with spell slots.

Like he pointed out, it does help for Wands, and IF you can find any Divine scrolls of Telekinesis that also works.
You also count as knowing it for anything that particularly cares, although you couldn't fulfill a CASTING requirement with it.
EDIT: Plus, there's the great roleplaying fun of acting as an expert on Telekinesis although you can't cast it :-)
(it's not spelled out in RAW, but IMHO it's a reasonable houserule/ GM judgement of 'favorable circumstances'
to apply a bonus on Spellcraft/Know:Arcana checks of spells you personally know)
