Changing Faction prior to Level 2, remaining Fame and Prestige also change?

I've played three adventures as Grand Lodge, but I'm thinking of switching to Andoran. I saw the following in the clarifications post:

That's great! However, what happens to the Fame and Prestige that you keep? Are those also retconned similar to how class and race prior to level 2 can be completely transformed? Do my current Fame and Prestige points become Andoran, or do those remain Grand Lodge?

Yes, you keep all fame and unspent PP for a switch before level 2.

I see that we get to keep them, but are Fame and unspent PP actually changed in their affiliation along with the character?

The only things that matter for spending prestige points are:

- Your current fame
- Your current prestige point total
- Your current faction

Your 'faction history' is irrelevant.

I fouled up on registering. My faction should be "Andoran", but in editing my profile, changing my faction is not an option. I understand why, this should not be changed 'willy-nilly'. How do I go about getting this corrected on my profile for this message board?

You should be able to change it on your Pathfinder Society account page, which you can reach either through your Paizo account or from the PFS landing page.

- Go HERE

- Log in
- Click 'Edit' next to the PC you want to change the faction of
- Select a different faction
- Click 'Submit Changes' at the bottom.

Thank you! I'm not clear how I managed to miss that. :(
