It doesn't. Whether there could be an equivalent homebrew feat isn't really a Rules question.
The good news is that as Dwarf, you qualify for Steel Soul and Glory of Old, so you can get by without a Cloak of Resistance and put a Shawl of Life-keeping in your shoulder slot. And with the Stonelord's NA bonus, you don't necessarily need the Amulet of Natural Armor, so you can pick up an Aegis of Recovery.
And that's on top of the swift action to heal yourself with Lay on Hands.
Still, an equivalent feat would be nice.
