Ok so I am in a big dilemma I don’t usually run clerics and to make matters worse I will be the only healer. That being said after I have read up on the class on the advice forums I want to run either a Necro cleric or bad touch cleric. Although if it is possible I would LOVE to pull off a necro that can do some bad touch a pseudo “Necrophilia touch” LOL I know that’s a bad name but that is the thought that comes to mind.

O deity I am looking at has evil and death domains I don’t care for which deity it is as long as those domains are there.

So, first things to know: Is you party full of Dhampirs? Otherwise, your negative energy affinity may hinder your role as you "will be the only healer".
But, there isn't a real healer build for a cleric anyhow.
Depending on the stat you wanna use for that "bad touching", you should take Nosferatu-Born (+STR,+WIS,-CON) or Vetala-Born (+DEX,+WIS,-INT).
I do not know much about that necrostuff. It works fine, if you have the gold and also want to spend it. Furthermore bad touch often uses Domain Powers to have a greater range on "bad touches". Not sure, if Evil and Death are optimal choices there.
This subdomain lets you heal your friends with negative energy.
I 100% agree with the Nosferatu-Born variant (+2 STR, WIS, -2 CON) as it amps your most important stat, and doesn't dock you on skill points which are actually very valuable to clerics.

Deity is Urgathoa, Domains are Evil and Undead
Traits you wanna look at are Sacred Conduit, for +1 to your Channel DCs, and anything else really.
Channel Smite, Command Undead, Greater Channel Smite, Improved Channel, Power Attack, and Furious Focus are all good feats for this cleric. Your weapon of choice is the scythe. Medium armor like breastplate will suffice for you considering you have the DEX to support it.
Simple order looks like this:
lvl 1) Channel Smite
lvl 3) Power Attack
lvl 5) Command Undead
lvl 7) Improved Channel
lvl 9) Furious Focus
lvl 11) Greater Channel Smite
Guided Hand is a good feat, but you could skip it because your STR score should be high enough as is, other good feats to look at are Extra Channeling, and Weapon Focus (scythe).
