Class abilities that are feat-like as prerequisities

Rules Questions

Lantern Lodge

I know that there are a few corner cases in which a class feature can replace a feat for prerequisites reasons (see Maximized spell strike).

Is it 100% that class abilities that mimic feats cannot replace those feats they mimic?

For instance, the Zen Archer's "Reflexive Shot" and the feat "Snap Shot".

Having an ability that allows you to act as if you have a feat is not the same as having the feat unless it specifically calls out that it does. Occasionally redundancy happens.
