Rime Spell and Rime-Blooded

Rules Questions

So one applies entangled and the other applies the slow spell. Both halve movement speed but slow specifically does not stack.

Slow

Slow:
An affected creature moves and attacks at a drastically slowed rate. Creatures affected by this spell are staggered and can take only a single move action or standard action each turn, but not both (nor may it take full-round actions). Additionally, it takes a -1 penalty on attack rolls, AC, and Reflex saves. A slowed creature moves at half its normal speed (round down to the next 5-foot increment), which affects the creature's jumping distance as normal for decreased speed.

Multiple slow effects don't stack. Slow counters and dispels haste.

Entangled

Entangled:
The character is ensnared. Being entangled impedes movement, but does not entirely prevent it unless the bonds are anchored to an immobile object or tethered by an opposing force. An entangled creature moves at half speed, cannot run or charge, and takes a –2 penalty on all attack rolls and a –4 penalty to Dexterity. An entangled character who attempts to cast a spell must make a concentration check (DC 15 + spell level) or lose the spell.

Just in case we need it, here are the referenced abilities I'm getting them from.

Rime Spell

Rime Blooded

What would this do to movement speed and all stats affected?

These stack. Entagled is not a slow effect. They would move at 1/4 speed. This would reduce a 30 to 7.5 or 1 square of movement. If they have less than 20 move this would make 5 feet a full round action that provokes.

That was my first thought but all multipliers are based off basic value aren't they? Thats the basic rule of pathfinder is all multipliers are based off basic move.

It seems the valid options are
1/2 movement speed
1/4 movement speed as you suggest
0 movement speed

You do not get 0 move.
"In some situations, your movement may be so hampered that you don't have sufficient speed even to move 5 feet (1 square). In such a case, you may use a full-round action to move 5 feet (1 square) in any direction, even diagonally. Even though this looks like a 5-foot step, it's not, and thus it provokes attacks of opportunity normally. (You can't take advantage of this rule to move through impassable terrain or to move when all movement is prohibited to you."

You get slowed that 1/2s your movement and then you get entangled that 1/2s your movement.

ok thank you :) I was just curious I have not found that rule before :) Lol but you'd be staggered so you couldn't take full round actions anyways right?

Your welcome. I do the same tactic with admixture and a waves oracle cold spell revelation.
