Still unsure about multiple attacks

Rules Questions

If a monster has more than one attack listed, do they always have to take a full round action to use more than one attack?

For example, the Iron Golem has 2 slams. Is one slam attack a standard action and two slams a full action?

What about the Shobhad (the green martian clones from the Distant Worlds campaign setting book)? They have four arms. It lists them as having two longsword attacks (separated by a comma). Can they attack with both longswords for a standard action or a full action?

Thanks, this multiple attack stuff is confusing me.

Yes. Multiple attacks is always a full-round action except in VERY rare cases where it will say otherwise (the only exception I can think of is the Two Weapon Warrior archetype can make 2 attacks as a Standard).

Thanks!
