I am making a new character, who is going to be Crossblooded (Orc and Gold Dragon) Tattooed Sorcerer 1 / Spellbinder Thassilonian Wrath Specialist Wizard x, Diabolist 2, for PFS. Yes, he is an Elf. A question came up over if the Tattooed Sorcerer's familiar stacks with the wizard levels, as spellbinder gives away arcane bond.
A tattooed sorcerer gains a familiar as an arcane bond, as a wizard equal to her sorcerer level. Her sorcerer levels stack with any wizard or witch levels she possesses when determining the powers of her familiar—this ability does not allow her to have both a familiar and a bonded item.
Unlike most familiars, her familiar can transform itself into a tattoo that she carries in her flesh. Transforming into a tattoo or back to normal familiar form is a move action for her familiar. In tattoo form, the familiar looks like a stylized version of itself, but does not count as a creature separate from the tattooed sorcerer. In tattoo form it continues to grant its special familiar ability, but otherwise has no abilities and can take no actions except to transform from tattoo into creature. A familiar tattoo cannot be erased or dispelled.
This ability replaces her 1st-level bloodline power.
The above ability says specifically that you cannot have both a familiar and a bonded item. So obviously I can't pick an arcane bonded item from my wizard levels. Instead, with the Spellbinder archetype, I get this.
At 1st level, a spellbinder selects any one spell that he knows as a bonded spell. As a full-round action, the spellbinder may replace a spell of the same or higher level as his bonded spell with his bonded spell. For example, a spellbinder who selects magic missile as his bonded spell could spend a full-round action to exchange any 1st-level or higher spell that he has prepared with magic missile. At 3rd level, and every two levels thereafter, a spellbinder may select another spell he knows and add it to his list of bonded spells, to a maximum of nine bonded spells at 17th level.
Upon reaching 4th level, and every two levels thereafter, a spellbinder can choose to select a new spell as a bonded spell in place of one with which he is already bonded. In effect, the spellbinder loses the bond with the old spell (though it is still one of his spells known) in exchange for forging a spell bond with a new spell. The new spell's level must be the same as that of the spell being exchanged. A spellbinder may swap only one spell bond at any given level, and must choose whether or not to swap the spell bond at the same time that he gains two new spells known for the level.
This ability replaces arcane bond
Does the tattooed familiar progress only under the assumption that you don't give the arcane bond feature from your wizard levels? Either way, I'm still going to take spellbinder levels, but it's good to be able to properly stat my familiar.

I believe you mean Spellbinder "gives up" Arcane Bond?
If you replace Wizard Arcane Bond with something else, you no longer have a Wizard Arcane Bond, so there is no Wizard Arcane Bond to stack with anything. You will have a Familiar whose table powers and Improved Familiar pre-requisites are of a Level 1 Sorceror. HPs, Saves, etc all use your total stats regardless of level, of course.
BTW, It's frowned on to "bump" your own page. Certainly after only 3 hours. People respond to posts not at the top of the page all the time, sometimes resurrecting years old threads. If people just aren't immediately interested to respond, shoving an uninteresting thread in their face is bad form.
