Sub-effects of polymorph end when?

Couldn't think of a good way to name this thread, but...

When I poly morph into a snake, and right before my duration ends I poison someone, does the poison that the enemy has in his veins disappear after my poly morph spell ends? What about other effects? If I turn into a bird, and I pluck a feather off, does that feather disappear when my polymorph spell ends?

The feather disappears, the poison effect lasts it's normal duration.

Next level then...

Poison is sucked out of said creature by a magical item: Chalice of poison weeping, changing the poison's DC by -4.

How long would that poison last? Does it just vanish into thin air? Do I get to keep it? O.o

It vanishes the moment you draw it out.
