My Wisdom score of 20 means I get two extra 1st level spells per day, as well as one extra second, third, fourth and fifth level spell each day. Can I use these for extra domain spells, or is it just for ordinary cleric spells?
Also, with Fire Bolt, how do I decide if it hits? Is it just a d20 as normal? Thank you very much in advance! :D

If your domain spell is a spell you could normally cast, you can prep it in the bonus spell slots as normal. If you domain spell is not normally on your spell list, you cannot prepare it anywhere but your bonus domain spell slot.
Fire Bolt, and other domain abilities like it, are ranged touch attacks, which are just like normal ranged attacks. They include you Base Attack Bonus, plus your Dexterity Modifier, plus any other modifiers which add you all ranged attacks, such as Point Blank Shot if your target is within 30 ft.

Ah thank you! How do I know if I have a bonus domain spell slot?

As far as I know, there's no such thing as a bonus domain spell slot. You get one per spell level, period.

You get a domain spell slot if you are a cleric.

You don't get 'extra' domain spell slots beyond what you normally get.
