1) I am playing a character in First Steps Part III right now.
2) I plan to play First Steps Part II via PbP with the same character starting as soon as Part III ends (likely tonight or tomorrow).
3) I am on my way to run Among the Dead, and Among the living tonight.
4) Tomorrow, I will be running Citadel of Flame, and Rivalry's End.
5) I plan to apply all 4 GM credit Chronicle Sheets to the character currently in First Steps.
Questions:
First, when do the GM credits apply?
Second, can I elect to apply the credits to a character currently in a PbP?
Third, if I get to pick when they apply, what is the effective date? (My character is Shadow Lodge, and I really want to apply the chronicle on or before August 14)
Finally, do I get the Shadow Lodge special from GM credit? I notice you do not if you play a pre-gen.

PbP GM Credits apply the date that the scenario was completed. Any held GM credits apply immediately thereafter.
Assuming your character has 0XP
When First Steps II ends, you apply the player credit and have 1xp
a) If you GM Among the Dead and Among the Living before you begin First Steps Part III,
your character gets 2xp and is now level 2, and no longer eligible for First Steps
b) If First Steps Part III begins before you GM the two, your character is locked in that scenario until it ends. Once it does, you will get:
1xp from First Steps (Character @ 2xp)
1xp from Among the Dead (@ 3xp, character is now level 2)
1xp from Among the Living (@ 4xp)
1xp from Citadel of Flame (@ 5xp, must apply low tier rewards)
1xp from Rivalry's End held until character reaches level 3

I believe there is special provision for characters who are playing Rivalry's End by PbP to apply the boon after August 14th. I don't think it applies to held GM credit.

There is an open question as to whether or not you can give GM credit at all to a character that is in the middle of playing a PbP game when you get the GM Chronicle sheet. See this thread.
