So typically I assume that partials of anything gained from a favored class are rounded down in all cases, but how about the Half Elf Wild Caller who can get half an evolution point from the archetype, and half of an evolution point from his favored class option. Is it fine to combine those two for a full evo point?
Of course. It is half a point, regardless of source. You can't use half points because you always round down, but if you have two half points then you get a whole point which you can use! Not that you crazy summoners need any help getting stronger.
