By RAW there is a size limit for the 'Swallow Whole' special ability but my question is how many creatures can be swallowed?

Unless otherwise indicated, one size smaller than the creature doing the swallowing, two creatures two sizes smaller, four creatures three sizes smaller, and so on.
Ok sounds reasonable.
A huge creature (A) swallows two medium creatures (B and C). B cuts his way out of A. What about C?
Is there a hole in A so that C can leave without damage?
