Do disabled characters move at half speed? In the Core Rulebook, the section on the disabled condition mentions nothing about moving at half speed. The disabled entry in the conditions index, however, on page 566, does say you move at half speed.
I guess what I'm asking is is the part about moving at half speed on page 566 relic text or not? It would be easy to see why it was, given that that entry still has relic text in it about casting quickened spells being free actions.
