PZ is an idiot.
The "about the author" section on Amazon reads:
"A close friend and younger contemporary of William Carlos Williams, e.e. cummings, and Ezra Pound..."
All quite famous poets that I read and studied earning my English degree. The name Louis Zukofsky was completely unknown to me until I read those links. If some English scholars were interested enough to write their theses/dissertations on Zukofsky's work, it could very well generate an interest in it within the academic community. That means more demand, which means more copies, which means more money...especially if the demand were enough to include Zukofsky's work in textbooks. Yet PZ doesn't seem to understand this.

Absolutely--I've got a PhD in English, and this is the very first time I've ever come across this poet.
I've ordered the volume in question from Amazon, so I'll let you guys know if he's worth the effort.

Beware! His Estate may sue you for copyright infringement just because you dare to write about it!

Maybe that was the intention all along...
You are a mindflayer telling me not to don a tinfoil hat.
Yeah no, thank you very much. It stays on, good sir. I like my lobes where I can see them (or see through them like... because they process sight and... just don't suck my brains out).

Argh, curse manners!
Yes, yes, you can have a bit if you ask nicely. But carefully! Don't touch the one on the side; that's where I keep instructions on how to shake people's hand and how to do the Mario.
I don't want them mixing up... again.
