So... a Shadow Projection based bad touch caster

So here's something I've been thinking about because I'm bored and been browsing pfsrd. Shadow Projection is such an interesting spell.

What I'm thinking is Necklace of Adaptation / Conductive Ghost Touch AoMF (either on one amulet or on two based on if the amulet on your body would still provide the constant effect to your shadow), throw your body in someone's bag of holding, and fly around delivering touch spells plus strength damage via Conductive. Or there is always the Soul Drinker/Eater prestige which would let you make a touch attack to deal 2 of the following: strength damage, a negative level, a touch spell.

One issue with this is that there was an errata (don't remember if it was official or just a clarification of RAI) that said you can't fulfill V, S, or M components so Still Spell, Silent Spell, and Eschew Materials/False Focus are needed unless you really restrict your spell selection so you only need one or two of the feats. It's also unclear (to me at least) how exactly a static magical effect would affect your shadow, such as an amulet or any ability score enhancing items. Obviously it would be best if they still functioned for your shadow while on your body as I don't know if an AoMF with Ghost Touch could really be worn by an incorporeal creature, plus it would stop you from being able to fly through objects.

Has anyone ever made a build like this? I'd love to here some thoughts or ideas.

Couple months late here, but whatever, it's being answered.

According to this bit of unofficial errata, you do not gain access to your spells, feats, BAB, stats or other abilities. You become a Shadow, use the base creature block, and only get your skill ranks and HP/HD. So basically no, the build doesn't work unless your DM rules that magic items on your body affect a completely separate creature.

Edit: Even then, you have no ability to cast spells so the AoMF doesn't do anything for you.
