I have a quick question concerning natural attacks. Do creatures that have more than one natural attack, such as dragons, require a full-round action to use all of them? Or is it only the case if I want to use their secondary natural attacks as well? Does it also a apply if a monster gets multiple of the same attack, such as monster with 6 arms getting 6 slam attacks.
Any clarification would be greatly appreciated

With a few rare and specific exceptions, every creature in the game needs to take a full round action to get more than one attack, no matter how they get those extra attacks (high BAB, multiple weapons, multiple natural attacks, magic like haste, etc).
The single attack from a standard action can be with any single natural attack or weapon the creature has. 6 slams is considered to be 6 separate slams that are just condensed because they all use the same statistics.

You're quite welcome!
There's definitely a lot going on in a Pathfinder stat block, so I don't blame you for the confusion. You do get used to them eventually, but I've been GMing for 10 years and I still sometimes get halfway through a fight and then go "Oh wait, just noticed that this creature has this feat and can do this!"
