If someone has created an account (with address and so forth) but is struggling to order through the website for some reason, would you process an order if they were to ring and provide credit card details over the phone?
Yes — We can take orders over the phone.
We prefer if the person would sign-in to Paizo and add the desired items to their shopping cart first, as this saves some time.
