I am curious if the Outlander trait is legal in PFS. I have seen both yes and no answers upon searching around but nothing definite. Any help would be appreciated.
No, as it's one of the sample campaign traits in the Advanced Player's Guide, and Additional Resources states that they're not legal.
Also, is there gonna be a new PFS rulebook released at Gen Con?
A new version of the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organised Play will be released as a free PDF a few days before Gen Con.
Also, it looks like the Pathfinder Society Primer will be available for purchase by then too.
