Natural weapons in general? I would say no, but I don't think the rules cover this. Can you hide a pair of horns capable of a gore attack? No. Could a dragon use sleight of hand to hide its tail/wings/teeth/claws? No. Could a catfolk hide retractable claws in its paw? Maybe. Does the person making the perception check know that cats have claws? Probably.
It's all up to the GM. I would just put some cute mittens on. People will be so busy laughing, they won't notice that you're killing people.

Gloves could do it.
I personally would probably just allow you to make the SoH check, depending on how you fluffed the claws. Back in high school I used to write test answers on my finger tips because I could hide them no matter what side of my hands people were looking at; I don't think hiding some wicked nails would be much different for someone skilled. Circumstance bonus/penalties may apply.
By RAW, I think you need the Deft Palm because SoH has a strong implication that you are stashing hidden items in or beneath something else.
