Critical hit with Channel smite

Do the d6's from a channel energy channeled smite get multiplied on a critical hit?

No they do not.

Extra damage such as sneak attack that tell you to roll multiple dice is not multiplied on a crit.

Ok what about a spell stored in the weapon. Such as inflict serious wounds. As the actual spell requires a touch attack then the actual spell can be a critical, would that apply to the spell being released from a weapon if it critically hits.
