Calculating Save DCs of Spell-Like Abilities

Rules Questions

What ability score do you use to calculate the save DCs for spell-like abilities when none is specified? I thought I remembered 3E defaulting to CON or CHA, but I can't find anything like that anywhere in the Pathfinder core rulebook or the SRD.

Sczarni

It's Charisma.

If no caster level is specified, the caster level is equal to the creature's Hit Dice. The saving throw (if any) against a spell-like ability is 10 + the level of the spell the ability resembles or duplicates + the creature's Charisma modifier.

Ah, "monster rules" would be the place to look, wouldn't it.

Thank you for the swift reply, my friend.
