Inner Sea Gods makes me happy. If it's a full hardcover, that means it might detail more than just the core. Although, what happens if Arcadia and Casmaron come out with their own pantheon?

From the pictures I am seeing of the cover and the promo text alongside the cover, it is supposed to be campaign specific.
So, like the Inner Sea Guide, this is a campaign specific hardback.

I feel very "meh" about this.
I was all for the Beginner Box for new players, a bonus product in addition to other products, but one of the 3-4 hardcovers.... that makes me less excited.I see less of a need for dedicated new player support. Especially as new players already have a lot of books looming over them, hurting their wallet. One more just feels mean... Especially with D&D coming out with 5e likely a few short months later.
