Magical difficult terrain.

Shadow Lodge

What other spells and affects cause magical difficult terrain? I know grease and sleet storm do but others?

Entangle

Stone call is a good one.

black tentacles.

grease and sleet storm (and mundane ice sheets and slime) aren't technically difficult terrain, btw.
although 'effects that impede movement' can restrict many mechanics, difficult terrain or not.

The biggest thing about actual difficult terrain (IIRC) is that it prevents you from taking 5 foot steps, which nothing else does (that doesn't just straight up prevent you from moving).

Darkness, natural or magic, get the same result:

You can only take a 5-foot-step if your movement isn't hampered by difficult terrain or darkness. Any creature with a speed of 5 feet or less can't take a 5-foot step, since moving even 5 feet requires a move action for such a slow creature.

Oh wow. Never noticed that. My player's ought to be "interested" in that detail.
