It says under spell description it is 5 ft.radius hemishpere centered on caster. My question is, does it only covers my 5 feet square or it covers all squares adjecent to me?

Despite it saying centered on you, you still pick a corner of the square you occupy and have it emanate from there. It should encompass a 2x2x1 square area.
